i am so proud to be a part AND a pioner of this company.i hope they still remember ME, anyway. I REMEMBER THAT TIME . IT WAS MY FIRST time to work abroad.(al hassa hofuf).for the first 3 month. no bakeshop yet,but we got our salary (WITH ALBERTO) ,but, we have to work to dominos pizza the sister company.the cake shop still planning for everything,from spatula,oven,costing of product,and sometimes i have to create the name of my new cake invention.me and mr fahad THE CEO AND the owner. we have to stay at the hotel in riyadh to search where is place to buy all of this Ingredients ,pan ,mixers itc. i worked for almost 4 years.then i decided to study more about new style and modern way .but one of the LUXURY CRUISE SHIP COMPANY GIVE ME A CHANCE work and GO around the WORLD free with salary.but still i'm very vocal for everybody that I WAS THERE when they start THE BEAUTIFUL JOURNEY OF A CAKE SHOP. -mario
