Excellent and Quality service, prices are very low and affordable. Very comfortable journey. Love to travel via train. I huge advantage to the travellers, specially for local peoples. Its fast and safe plus economic. Recommended for comfortable tours. Love it.

Great for traveling between cities. I love it and use it often. Clean, safe, efficient, good service. There is a food cart on the train, too. Wifi on the train can be spotty, and standing in lines doesn't exist. However, the computers they put in for self-service helped lines a lot. It's easy to use and travel on. You can buy tickets online or using the SRO app, and then pay at the train station, by credit card on the app or website, through your bank website, or at an ATM. Tickets can be printed at home or at the train station using your reservation number. You don't have to arrive 2 hours early; 20 minutes early is plenty of time. It's clean, fast, safe, comfortable, and well-priced. On the train people come around with food trays for purchase. I don't recommend parking your car at the train station, though—it's not cheap. First class lounge is very nice with comfortable seating, priority boarding, and snacks.

Took the Hofuf train to Dammam. 80 minute ride, very nice clean train. Easy to buy tickets with the SRO app on your phone. Safe and easy for females. I would definitely recommend.
