This is the place where women can go through a driving test for replacing their foreign driving license. If you(for women) already have a foreign driving license then you can get it replaced with Saudi driving license after passing a driving test here. Through your Absher (MOI) account and get an appointment and then come here for driving test. The staff and instructors very cooperative, helping and polite. There is a complete round including a circle and then there is a parallel parking(kindly see all photos of the tract and parallel parking which are here in google). First of all the instructor will demonstrate the whole procedure not only verbally but also practically, the only little problem is language, they speak Arabic but you will find some colleague also for the driving test speaking both Arabic and English, they will help you, so no need to worry otherwise practically they will show you whole procedure which will be quite enough for understanding what you have to do. Don't worry and just relax because the instructors are very helpful and they will guide you throughout the whole driving process. Kindly see all photos which will be quite helpful.

I have renewed my driving licence with two visits as it's the new rules but no late. For the first visit we must bring our photo to stick on the application form and get stamp on it otherwise which will be rejected by medical centers where listed in the Absher. Luckily I got it without the photography which I have no knowledge about it. Then we have to finish the medical process and we'll be notified by the SMS from Efada soon after the message we have to made the payment via Saddad for two, five and ten years which is the maximum. After the payment we can only renew via Absher using mobile application or else. Within half an hour you'll be notified that your driving licence has been renewed by MOI.GOV.SA Then you have to pay visit to the traffic branch to print your new driving licence at the counter no.03(not sure). There's no boards or directions in English all are in Arabic.
It literly took me 5 minutes to get my new Istimara printed. The person behind the counter was friendly and could speak English.
