The staff is kind rude and disrespectful. I know they are Saudi residents and I am expatriate. but still we are customers. I didn't had change of 500 SAR. So he made me go few shops to get change. I was ok with it but not the way he talked to me. He didn't even know the A B C of dealing with customers. For getting change, I bought him a cold drink and gave him exact change. Then he started talking politely. I hope Zain looks into this and tells their representatives to have some behavior evaluation.
