The worst shipment company ever. The driver called me once and I missed that call. I tried to call him back no answer for 3 days. I contact the call center saying my shipment is diverted to Riyadh from Jubail, because I miss the call ?! I don't understand is it kind of punishment for missing one call only. I promise this will be last time dealing with them. ARAMEX or DHL are much better than SMSA.
The worst courier service in terms of sending parcels and documents. Office staff is saying parcel will take 4 days but originally parcel reach in 10 days. Please change your staff from Jubail Riyadh street branch.
