Very unprofessional staff at this office. No token system during this pandemic time and have to stand in queue in sun for more than 5hours and still no guarantee for ticket. A simple token system could solve this situation. The people controlling the queue has also lost his cool and is not able to control the situation. No social distancing no precautions. A healthy person could contract covid from this chaos here. Somebody please do something. Other countries have the option to take ticket online. Here no online ticket then why we have to register before coming to this office? Please take cash with you as they don't accept cards. This office is at least 10 years behind of time. Ashamed that the responsible officials have not done anything about this. People have to take a days off from their work and stand in the sun for long hours without proper management. They will ask you to stand in 2 queues and then will not allow people to enter from one queue. They have to go and stand again in the old queue. No one to manage the entry of people on basis of first come first serve. People who came later got the chance to enter the office before the people who came before them. Total chaos and jungle raj in this office. Concerned authorities should take action against these people for creating an atmosphere of breeding ground of corona virus!

Sir, the Air India Office staff r very cooperative & informative. Gave the correct information. One request as there no shade for passengers, out side waiting in Q if u can arrange a sitting place with a/c all passengers will be comfortable. This has to be attended on ur first priority.

As if in this time you looking for Mumbai flights from dammam please dont visit here they have only for kerala four destinations schedules in air india government add some destinations like Mumbai and other but unfortunately here they saying in their system not available. Thanks for Arabic staff who is willing to help and talk with effective manners rather than others.
