Very bad. if u r coming for service here it may take like more than an hour or so to to see a service advisor. They r very very slow. I am writing this post after multiple visits for my car service here.

There seems to be an honest effort to make the customer experience better so I give it 4 stars but there is still a lot to desire. If I may be so bold as to suggest dedicated but timed parking for customers for spare parts or service center. Always the parking outside is full.

So lets talk about one of the weirdest dealers in Saudi were their record of law suits they got just managed them to fix it to be a floating business... They price the cars soo weird they never get any fleet contracts as their service packages are weirdly priced too.. spare parts are cheaper to buy it from the US than i there stores...
