Very nice residence. I stayed there for 4 years. ALL stuff are friendly. Facilities very clean. Security is very good and professional. Receptionists are very responsive. The flat very nice. The cleaning service is good. Good park and play area for kids. BBQ area on the garden. Very good maintenance. The stay was enjoyable.

I like style, vibe and organisation of this complex. Well connected with many facilities it satisfied all my needs and I had the mix good sensation to be at home and at the hotel at the same time. Good for family and single, prices are worth with the offer. Staff is nice and ready to help, I knew personally the manager: very good person, reasonable and friendly. If you are looking for a warm, friendly place to live in Khobar consider this complex.

Dhahran tower is an excellent Apartment compound run by Al Suwaiket company. The staff is great and the tenants are very respectful. Alosra supermarket down stairs is a fast and easy market, thou items are a bit over priced. It's serves the purpose well .

Once went there to get a new flat, but eradicated that thought forever. The manager really tried to meet our needs. But, we didn't wanna have Filipino and Indian neighbors at all for various practical reasons. Some flats themselves were very old- fashioned and had dirty curtain. One of the best residential places in Khobar. Very well laid out and tightly/ meticulously maintained. Very good security and lots of convenient facilities including a full western style
