Definitely did not get my money’s worth. Paid 500 for a hydrafacial expecting top service, turned out a facial at home would have just done the same. Not coming back for sure, don’t recommend.

Overall hospitality and experience was far from a 5 star experience. I paid 250 SR for the "consultation" waited 30 mins. The reviews are for sure fake. This clinic is a few minutes away from my house and I never heard of it and the clinic itself was empty inside. There is no chance for a clinic with this little reputation to have gained 100 5 star reviews in the matter of 2 years when household hospitals around don't have nearly as many reviews. DO NOT VISIT THIS CLINIC.

I visited a couple of months ago for some fillers and the same as the lady mentioned, I was not given any information at all about the type of filler used I had to ask which seemed like an inconvenience. When Dr. Saad injected me (very fast) he went too much on one side which I felt at the time and has now left me with one cheek higher than the other, secondly I have lumps of filler all over my face! I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else, the comments made about the unprofessional receptionists who do not speak English and are quite frankly lazy and rude are completely true. Anyone wanting to spend there money here and come out with a defective treatment must be crazy. I have no clue where this guy gets all his reviews from but the ones I have read which highlight what I have mentioned are completely true! I now have to go to UK to fix what he has done, please do not give this place any more validity by going there, it is an absolute disgrace.

I was looking for a dermatology clinic, and Elite Derma Care was one of the best ones that I could find. I checked the reviews of other clinics in Al Khobar and eventually settled on trying Elite Derma Care - after all, it has 4.5 stars on Google. I figured it was worth the shot :). I went in and spoke with the receptionist. Unfortunately, I forget her name at the moment. However, she was polite and told me to wait to see the Dr. The waiting room itself was clean. So far, I was pretty impressed with the hospitality. I waited around for a bit and eventually got in to see Dr Saad. He was a really nice guy! He was professional and had lots of experience. We discussed potential options for my condition and eventually settled on a course of treatment. Dr Saad and his team did a great job, and I am delighted with my improved appearance. It's a great feeling to have about my body and my life. With dermatology clinics, there's always a question of if it is worth the money. Skincare products and services aren't the cheapest in the world, and I've had some providers in the past that I wish I could have avoided. However, Dr Saad and Elite Derma Care are 100% worth the cost. I do not doubt that they always do what's right by the customer and give everyone the best possible treatment they can. Can't say enough positive things about this clinic! Five stars from me!
