The place is designed to relax and practice Yoga. The instructor is very nice and knowledgeable. She’s eager to teach Yoga and help people to practice it with her. She makes sure that u did the right movement before moving to the next step. The location of the place is easy to reach.
Very unique experience. It was a good start for learning yoga as a beginner. Well experienced instructors specially Nada, who make you full in love with yoga. I hope they continue with morning classes at least once a week.

I joined Ensiyab on their recent trip to Muscat and it was just perfect. The yoga instructors were amazing- friendly and knowledgable. The location was just perfect and the organisation and setup were great. Would definitely do it again next year!
Ensiyab Yoga is a great place to begin your Yoga journey. The teachers are very passionate about what they do which gives the trainees the full experience of what Yoga can do to your body, mind, and soul. 10/10 recommend!
