The diet centre program is very expensive and not at all worth the price tag. Their food is very high in the salad part only , i.e lots of green veggies and similar stuff. The rest main item including dessert is almost micro portioned. The juice served ( two choices when i tried it lemon or orange ) does not taste well and seems artificial with preservatives. This does not even fill people or give the adequate energy to those who need to do their regular jobs. Better option than this is to make salads on your own. The diet they serve is only for people who sit around doing nothing. In their defence though, the main item and dessert from the menu is delicious. I tired their diet for one month and thought it a rip off. Would have really loved it had the portions been more.

انا عندي حموضة شديدة وقوولون من اكل المطاعم المليء بالدهون الضارة والغرض من الاشتراك هو الاستمتاع بأكل صحي خفيف هذا هو اشتراكي الاول معهم الاكل اليومي بشكل عام لذيذ جدا فوق المتوقع وبعض الوجبات تقترب للوجبات الفاخرة في بعض المطاعم. بشكل عام انا راضي جدا وسوف اشترك شهريا ان شاء الله

اللي يقول اكلهم مو لذيذ او مو كويس مع احترامي لك تكذب اكلهم لذيذ ونظيف وصحي ومافي اي دهون ومرتب جداً وانيق يفتح النفس اشي خورافي وافضل مطعم صحي على الاطلاق صحيح سعره عالي حبتين لكن اللي يبي الدح مايقول اح نحاول نوفر من جهه ونشترك من جهه للعلم وفروا اكل المطاعم والكافيات وحطوها بدايت سنتر افضل لكم دايت سنتررر احبكم واكلكم يممممي شكرا دايت سنتر ️️️️

اشتركت معاهم بمبلغ عالي وللاسف كان اكلهم سيء ، وفلوسي مارجعوها السراقين لهم شهر وكل يوم مماطله ..
