Solve My Assignment

I took a pastry course and I throughly enjoyed it. The academy is very near and well developed and the chefs were beyond professional. I am proud that we now have such a well established academy here in Khobar. I definitely advise everyone one to take a course for those interested in culinary.

I attended the croissant class / to be fare the star for the chef only / the chef was so cooperative , helpful and he did everything a chef would to for his students / but the management was the opposite/ no respect for us the attendees .. everyone kept entering the class ،frying Qatayf in the middle of the class ,, shutting the lights off to take pictures and videos while we were working on the dough !!! ( by the way I didn't approve to be photographed) , but no one asked me . Unprofessional !!! The class was so crowded no social distancing 15 Attendees the chef chef assistant 3 photographers squeezing themselves between us to take photos and videos the chef who’s prepping for Thursday’s dinner All in the same room !! I wrote this review because no one from the management asked us how is your workshop? No evaluation paper at the end of the workshop!! How can you hear back from us?

Had a dinner on the 22nd of October as part of their "Italian nights" event. We were served Strawberry lemonade drink that was clearly made with frozen Strawberries. The pizza slices were barely warm The Ravioli was undercooked but the stuffing was great. The main course was disappointing - Shrimp Risotto, the shrimp didn't taste fresh ( كان فيه طعم زفر ). I only had couple of bites and had enough of it. Never once I was asked "How is the food" I asked to give feedback to the Italian Chef who have shaken my hand ( Thinking back about it maybe you shouldn't do that in a pandemic) The icing on the cake was that instead of the Chef understanding all my feedback and saying what he should say "We'll take it into consideration" at least. He said to me and I quote him : "If that's what you think". This alone awarded them a one star review. I really hope that the management take this review in consideration because the idea of these events is a great thing but the execution need to match the expectations from a culinary school.
