Big variety of furniture collections and pieces. The store exhibits also many jome accessories such as candles, scents, perfume oils, etc. The art section contains many art works, mainly paintings, with different sizes suitable for every type of homes and can be implemented in any area. I liked there the rocking chairs as the store has different options there and variety of colors. The upholstery pieces there are also very good in shape and quality. Desreves a visit for sure!

Extremely bad experience. Low quality furniture is getting sold on very high prices. Purchased an expensive king bed set. The bed was very low quality and poorly designed that it didn't last more than few weeks. I throw it out and bought another bed with strong base and nice design for almost half the price at another place. Decided to never go near this showroom.
Very good furniture, prices are acceptable compared to other stores . Staff are really helpful and supportive. When they delivered the wrong items , they were supportive and sorted out the issue . They are on time with delivery. A lot of varieties and some times they give away popcorn but I really recommend going there.
I got to share my negative experience with Ashly Home store. I purchased a full set of bedroom furniture on Sep, 2020 and it got delivered 4.5 months later :) which is too much for a room to be shipped and installed (even with the pandemic current situation). The invoice says that delivery will be in 90-120 days but it took 170 days. After I got my room installed, the mattress wasn’t the right size, plus the staff were very uncooperative to make sure I get the issue resolved. I will never go near the store ever even tho they have nice and unique furniture but not the best in logistics and customer services
The worst ever scheduling/delivery/customer service you will possibly experience They are under AlRugaib furniture which is also well known for such bad services. Zero respect to customer time and customer booked appointment ! An advise from the heart, STAY AWAY from them by all means I warned you and it is your choice If you chose to deal with them, prepare to - 4 to 5 months to order your furnitures - 1 to 2 months for scheduling a delivery appointment - your appointment for delivery is due and guess what, No show and nobody called you from them - you will call them and they will tell you we will get back to you tomorrow - you will call tomorrow and they will tell you we will call you day after tomorrow And this tape will repeat itself till you lose your mind with them Stay away, I warned you !
I’m so disappointed because of delivery service. I’ve never seen such a bad service than this ever. I’ve never been in this situation before and I was expecting a professional service. The delivery time was at 4:00 P.M but they did reach us at 11:00 P.M which was annoying extremely. I have a kid and she couldn’t sleep because of the annoying and I couldn’t sleep too. It was really too late to get this done. However, no one had contacted me to ask about anything or to to schedule the time and even once I called the customer service I didn’t hear back from your side.
Good service and they have Ramadan sale don’t miss it . Don’t forget to try their free coffee machine.
