The stay was comfortable; the room was clean and everything was working fine. Only negative regarding the room was the lighting - not very well lit. However, the bed was very comfortable and there wasn't any outdoor noises despite the hotel being in the middle of a busy junction. I ordered breakfast from room service and it was the most disappointing meal ever! You can see for yourself on the picture. For a 4 star hotel, it was a shame. I wasn't made aware that the hotel didn't have many of the items on their breakfast menu and therefore was served a very poor and little breakfast despite having ordered for 2, instead I received a meal fit for only 1 person. It was a breakfast that could be worth 10 SAR but I was charged 50 SAR. The only good thing about the meal was the orange juice. Instead of sausages, I was given chicken nuggets and instead of hash browns, I was given fried slices of potatoes. Extremely disappointing and a waste of money. The toast was cold and the scrambled eggs had milk in them and tasted very bland. Overall the stay was fine, but it definitely needs to improve in regards to their room service and food. I would say this felt like a 2/3 star hotel rather than 4 star.

First of all the place is clean and the location is very good, the staff are very friendly especially Ms Shereen in the reception she was very welcoming and supporting.

Clean. Staff are cooperative and kind. Breakfast needs enhancements to add more international options. I wished there was a swimming pool it would be cool.

It was perfect place and we were a good stay except one thing that made us very upset because of the reception we have contacted with them to carry our bags and we waited about half an hour because that women in the reception didn’t call carrier bags although we contacted them 3 times on telephone and to times in the reception she was not responsive to us. That was the only problem
