Great place for staying while you're in the Kingdom. It's Worth to stay in it under reasonable price. With their management office staff, you may feel it, like it or not, but as a part of family. Big applause to the compound management staff.

Used to live here - clean and mostly peaceful and organised. A variety of size complexes, location easy to find. Outside the complex there is not allot of amenities.
