Is this place good to solve all problems of labour with employments? Are we can trust on this courts? Is this court works unbiased either expats (foreigners) or saudis ???

I have done many transactions here with regards to my Labor Case against my employer. Sad to say, they have never met my expectations. Very slow in transacting and processing documents. A simple paperwork that can be done within 3-5 minutes will take days and even weeks! Poor customer service issues, rooms are not properly designed (probably due to new building), and very long waiting hours. In my opinion, the main issue is the “language barrier” that hinders good communication. Maybe proper training of staffs and employees will improve their service.
