They have great shopping needs and prices too, But one time I bought a chicken winds it had realy bad smell even after washing smells like if it was expired.

I ordered online for home delivery And they missed out few items. I made online payment so asked for refund for the items not delivered. Its More then two months and they didn't refund the money and not even replying to emails now. Worst service ever received from Lulu. Never expected that even Lulu will cheat with customers. I was a loyal customer from last 10 years and still they dont care. Really sad....

Excellent place for the shopping for both departmental and food aswell and have various verieties and excellent fresh food and snacks. Fresh fruits and veggies are great and usually many sales are kept to purchase the goods in your budgets.

Very bad .this is my first time I have purchased the cell phone which is defective. At the time of purchasing cashier take money with in second. But when we ask him for return money against cell phone return which we already to return the sale man he keep your eyes on your forehead. And staff behaviour is very poor.(Same like unqualified and Behave like the ignorant) At least we get money after 2 hour's . We have a suggestion to put behaviour positive and polite with customers. Thxxxx
