Scam company, customer service representative will give you a price after spending half an hour giving the dimensions. This will be multiplied by 5 when the worker comes to pick the item. Very unprofessional.

Very unorganized. There is not reception area to pickup you shipments. You have to go through to the van loading area where you have to dodge trucks and forklifts then ask around for someone who can get your parcel. There should be a reception area for parcel pickup or at least a safe pathway to the loading area as not to get run over by trucks or reckless forklift drivers.
Missing you
This is the worst shipment express company ever. when my order in Amazon went to this company expect the call of courier at evening even you request to deliver in the morning. literally experienced for the past (3) shipments and until now 4 days my shipment is delayed.
This is one of the worst shipping company I’ve had deal with the drivers has not professional at all they call you 7 in the morning and they deliver the items in 5 pm the call service is bad they just give you promises no respect at all for the timing... SMH
Very well very good better than noon
Visited on 26th Oct to hand over certain important shipments. Security guard allowed us to enter the premises, but the Supervisior on duty at 7 PM treated us in very bad manner even though explained him.
They are improving. Great company they need to set delivery appointment.
