Don’t know how to express it but the place has an intangible negative vibe, they don’t have sauna and the swimming pool is for kids. The distribution of gym machine is a maze which every time you’ve to go around and check if it’s the desired machine or not. It might more body builder style gym and not for leisure, the cardio section is very nice and very good machines, classes almost empty all the time. Coaches are over friendly in a severe way yet I feel they are watched all the time, they can’t handle a proper conversation and they are always busy with other clients; so you’ve to finish one exercise and wait for the coach for the other one. All in all I don’t think it’s suitable for executive while more appropriate for youths fitness ken.

Newly opened power gym branch at dammam. Fully equipped well organized gym. Shore to the corniche side is another thing differ from any others, it is a great feel to ride aside the corniche side after having a great workout, can't express in terms of words - it should feel slightly... So recommending all to try here if can it will be a wonderful experience.!
