Friendly staff and truly passionate about biking. He went far and beyond to tune and fix my bike. He got me missing parts right away that would have taken forever if I ordered them. The store has great collection and at affordable prices. It stands out to be probably the best bike store in the province.

Bought smart trainer online as they have the best price. But there was no update for 3 days. Several attempts to call, e-mails & text went unanswered, until finally got a replied on the 4th day. Then the shipping went super fast. The trainer end up arrived the next day. Overall buying experience is OK, just wished the communication was better, so customer doesn’t need to feel being ignored or getting scammed.
Terrible. We ordered a bike online almost 1 month ago even though delivery said 3-5 days and the bike has STILL not arrived. We have not had any shipping updates and no replies to the emails we sent and the phone number doesn't even work. I am thinking this is a scam at this point. Would NOT recommend. Update: The bike still hasn't arrived nor has there been any communication in 2 1/2 months.

Never open. You online time are wrong. Please change them. Iv been here 4 times and not been open. Terrible service to customers. Might as well not be a shop here
