Pros: One of the best buildings contract in the area with offeroble price. Give extended service even after sale. Owner is very supportive and helpful. Warranty is almost covering all aspect. Cons: It is not built 100% as owner (privet) building rather than commercial once. Needs very close follow up on final construction.

If into modern houses I recommended and it's enough for a big family .. the rooms sized good .. the design of the house is great how they divided the rooms and the living rooms and privacy is great too .. the thing I loved alot is the big windows more sun light coming in and the bathroom are open at the room like luxury five star hotel .. the sounds in room and the whole house is insulated. No sound ... you have a great space at the roof top if you like family BBQ and parties .. I recommend people to see the Show house and have some ideas .. and recommend people to buy too
