Doctors are great, staff are also, but only the laboratory cashier " Mr Bilal" is so unproffessional and rude, when asking for clarifications for tests, seems he is careless and not helping at all. we ask for the test results but he refuse to give nor guide us to where we can get it, after asking the hospital reception, they guide us to correspondant office, then went back to laboratory to do the test again, as it depends on the first test results, paid for the test and waited for our turn, after many patiens came after us and finishes before us, we asked him, he said there's a mistake, but he intentionaly did not issue the paper for the nurse, wich gives bad image to the hospital. Next time doctors ask for test we will go for other laboratories (more proffessional and less expensive)

My daughter Zainab got fracture in her Knee and we took her to Al Mana but due to no proper presentation of her case by the Doctor I was looking for Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon and luckily I found Doctor Ammar Khaled Al Omran with my consultation with Doctor Mohammed Al Zohrey -;Orthopedic Surgeon of Gama Hospital. They came like angels for my daughter and explained me her case which made me confident on them. They operated successfully my daughter knee surgery which was very critical. All the staff from Dietician to Physiotherapist and Nurses were so caring. I am really thankful specially Dr. Ammar and Dr. Mohammed Zohrey for giving special care to my daughter. Once again a very special thanks to the team of Dr. Ammar and his team.

Security gaurd was very rude and he pushed me when I went to visit my friend. Also he started to curse me which is very common in this place apparently. This is worst hospital and always crowded. I will advice Never again going here. Administration is also very bad as expected so no use to complain as well

I had the bad luck of needing to stay at the Gama for 6 days over a year ago. However, the positive side of the story is that the hospital staff and doctors took wonderful care of me, especially the cardiologist, Dr. Sultan. She and her staff were most professional and helpful. My wife has also had excellent care and treatment at the Gama Hospital.

I went to make pre employment check up. it was one of the worst experience. waiting for hour and a half for one two mints procedure. every employee tells you something else. each department has its own procedures that you don’t know until you reach them. there is a miscommunications between departments. I stayed for 3 hours and there is no crowd at all.
