Worst service ever Extremely bad environment to fix or maintain ur vehicle, Even the AC is not working , its taking for ever for the process to enter ur car , And after u think they fix it , you will come back again after a week As the issue is still there , Not sure how come this is representative for FORD Such a shame

Nice facility but pathetic service. Staff is not professional and up to the required standards. Even facility contact information is mentioned wrong on the service papers. I repaired my car recently from this service center and got highly disappointed.

very bad service, full of liars, even though i have brand new car 2016 still under warranty and had a warranty issue with window, the service engineer insisted that he is busy and cannot serve ans must take appointment through call center, but when you call the call center to book appointments no one answers... i know the issue is with the new saudi staff not doing job and always making excuses.... very bad service
