Very bad treatment, i called everyday more than 5 times to ask about documents they need to renew my passport no body is answering at all extensions (16, 20, 21, 25, 26) even at emergency extension (19).. Finally after few days somebody reply me unfortunately he don't have the altitude, his behavior like he is talking to enemies, was shouting on me ..
