With all my respect to the owners and the founders of the center, it still lags behind the modern and professional service management, so to make an appointment have to work hard, and to get to the appointed time is almost impossible, maybe the staff is not competent, or the system is not able to cope with the influx of patients, I've spent many hours waiting for my turn despite the time that indicated in my appointment, so what is the point of giving an appointment. and this happens at every visit. When not respecting other's time is at minimum not professional. In such sensitive field, the quality comes together with the atmosphere of the center, friendly and professional staff with attention, and this is very important for patients. Truly hope that some one would make an action in resolving this issue .
