The shop isn't taht clean Sure they get some new pets and stuff Had bad experience with them taht they sell pets and scam the costumers by pets age or health The owner is so into women F a guy came with his GF, wife... Etc He won't consider him at all and still look at her

This place is a disaster, sent my cat there to get a hair trim and she came out with her hair completely shaved and several deep cuts on her body to the point where a vet had to come, sedate her and give her stitches. Worst of all when I called one of the guys who works there he didn’t even apologise and first thing he said was “this is not our fault maybe she had a fungus infection that caused this” absolutely disgusting!!!!! Our cat endured so much pain because of unprofessionalism and dishonesty, this place needs to be shut down or investigated immediately
It’s Really great there prices were Really expensive but me and my driver talked them out and made all the animals cheaper and they are in a really Perfect condition Staff are nice and animals are friends (Especially parrots!! Friendly) Cats are cute and great fish varieties I always go there to get accessories for my animals Great place
Should quarantine unhealthy fishes in separate tank not to put them on display tank along with healthy fish.
Nice place for animals
Cats and animals are in very poor condition, small cages, sick, and very obvious poor treatment from the employees too. Price for a 1yo Bengal cat is 4.5k yet it's in very poor condition and dirty. I went to pet a cat that was very nice and friendly to me but when the employee came it hissed at him, obviously a sign of poor treatment and abuse. I don't agree with selling pets in general but this place is extremely bad and has to be shutdown.
