For myself, I feel very confident taking my dog Buddy there. I had try other veterinarians but I liked this place more especially the vet. It's a bit expensive but I believe that nowadays it is probably the same else where because the costs have gone up and taxes have made it worse.

Located behind Nujoud Centre, the clinic is well-equipped with experienced vets, friendly and efficient staff and high-quality pet food, toys, carriers, litter trays and so on. The only thing I found a little disagreeable was the "consult first, sell later" policy. I wanted to buy special kitten milk for a rescued stray that I didn't plan on keeping for long, just until it was well enough to fend for itself. The staff wouldn't sell me the milk unless I brought the kitten in for consultation. As much as I understood the policy and the reasons for it, I thought it a bit unreasonable, especially for customers who are experienced pet owners / animal rescuers and know when it's necessary to bring their pet to the vet. I ended up leaving without the milk, which was inconvenient but a lesson learned about the place - bring your pet if you want to buy something specific, but if not there are other places more willing to sell to you. When it comes to medical attention for your pet, however, this is the place to go.
By far the Best Veterinary Clinic in Jeddah, do not waste your time and money, go directly to European Vet. The attention, the medical care, the warm welcoming is not found anywhere.
Called to get an appointment for my kitty then asked who are the doctors and she said doctor Charles only and rembered and expirence I heard about him... then came to read the reviews! Barbaric he needs to go back to”europ” and kill those animals with such little vets in Jeddah he probably came here to scam without experience or he would be a vet in “Europe” if he knew what he was doing. He needs to pay for what he’s doing killing hundreds of pets. Saudi we don’t go out much so our pets are our best friends and people don’t know better.

Very bad experience !! they make my cat suffer to take blood test, and at the end the machine for blood test is not worked!! All they want is money
