Today I visited her clinic with two stray abundant cats. One was paralyzed and second one having mouth infection. She was given excellent response and immediate support. She is very good lady from Germany. She supported free of cost as I am just a worker and I can't afford the charges of clinic. She given me free medicines and basket too. By looking my poor condition she was giving me the money from her pocket to buy further medicines. So nice of she. Don't believe on other bad comments of group. Believe me she is nice lady and straight forward. She don't want to see any negligence for cats so she is strict only. I request every one by deep heart to visit her clinic only as she is caring, good human, taking affordable charges only. She is managing alone by own from home without any support. So every one I personally request you to visit her clinic only to give our support to her and for real care of your pets. I pray to Allah for her success in this life and after life too. Aameen. Very rude service. I asked if they could take my cat in because my parents have decided they dont want to keep the cat in the house anymore. And they respond with "if you love your cat you will keep him for life." Of course I love my cat! How could you insinuate that I don't? I'm just a teenager and I'm not the one making decisions in my family. I must find a home for my cat or else he'll be in the streets. You could have either directed me to another shelter, or just said that you're full. What is the point of a shelter if you're just going to tell people to keep their pets to themselves? Overall, the staff or whoever responded to my message was not polite or helpful at all. I would suggest people look for other shelters in Jeddah that are run by more compassionate people.

Bad service, they never answer, I tried calling the shelter, and she said that she can’t answer to me?!
Very rude service the woman (cannot call her a lady )who answered the phone was very rude she nearly shouted to contact on whats app when I complained about her attitude she replied again in very rude way and she crossed the line by making sarcastic reply So I told her that I will inform about what happened Which I did to-the ministry of commerce and there is now open investigation about her facility.
Best service ever! And they have cool cat supplies at very reasonable prices. Cheaper than most stores. Plus all products bought from them support the rescue cats. The best animal shelter.
