Worst experience I have ever had. I asked for a peel package and they gave me a whitening facial instead of a peel. When I decided I don't want them to do the two facials left from my package and get a refund, they refused to give my money back . Whenever I called to sort it out they would hang up the phone- complete disrespect for clients. To keep someone's money for a service that you didn't provide yet is completely Haram but that I will leave in Allah's hands.

هوا صراحه التعامل طيب .. بس اللي لاحظته لما اتصل عليهم كانو يردون على طول .. ومن يوم رحت لهم ودفعت فاتوره ب ٣٠٠٠ ريال .. رجعت على طول اتصل عليهم لما يردو يقولو من عملاء التميز .. وما يردو عليا .. ولما اتصل من جوال. تاني على طول يردو.. يعني ماشاء الله ظمنو حقهم وسحبو عليا .. ماعرفو يشترون زبائن . ️
