This airport is specially for hajis coming from countries all around the world !! The airport is quite spacious , but eatables facilities should be increased in this airport like the other two aiprots present in jeddah (i.e. Terminal North and Terminal 1 ) . Cleaning: 4.5 stars Space: 5 stars Though the immigration process took sometime but the officers should be increased in numbers as there lakhs of people coming from all around the world and as well as departing from that airport. A section of the airport was under construction i hope it should have Al Baik in it for hajis to have something over there as the other things are quite expensive.. The airport only had choclates and indo mir noodles there was nothing apart from that and water that’s it ..

Very bad airport,sitting area is very small,chairs are very uncomfortable,toilets were dirty and clogged. Security and immigration staff very rude and unprofessional. Information screen was closed. No staff was available at the floor for coordination. No food court available. I have been 8 countries but this is the worst ever airport i have even seen in my life. Even worst then coach depot. Saudi govt and superiors should teach to the staff to behave well with hajis and umrah travellers. May Almighty give them sense of behaviour and soft nature.

During waiting for departure at hajj terminal, my father who is 75 years old got high fever and cannot walk. so we used the wheelchair.. The staff who checked the ticket bring up my father's wheelchair on the shutter bas.. However, he did not mention not to bring down the wheelchair when arrived at the flight.. After arrived at the flight, other public helped us bring down the wheelchair.. However, one of the staff (curly hair with spectacles) shout at us with angry voice. He claimed that he told us not to bring the wheelchair down but we don't listen.. I told him not to shout at us, we did not hear him well as the plane is so noisy.. Then, he shout again at us.. He even used a cursed word.. He shout "you bring this 'hell' up to the bus".. Then, I reply the same thing, yes I will bring this hell up..he did not help at all.. After that, he threaten me to take my passport and detent me.. What did I do wrong.. He shout at us thrice.. Where is the staff customer service.. He used the 'hell' word first.. I'm writing this review coz I did not the the website for customer service.. Thank you

Worst service airport!!!! Poorly manage checked baggage counter, very unprofessional immigration officer (talking on their mobile phone while checking my document!!!) Talking to each other without even care if we going to miss our flight, inadequate quantity x-ray equipment to handle such large passenger!
