They're great at answering the phone... Just dont expect them to help you. It's far easier to assault a copper and get deported, than it is to keep phoning these people and listen to false promises. So remember, if you're ever stranded in Saudi, FIND a way to get deported. The Saudi police will probably help you more than your own embassy

Amazing service! Can't thank all the staff enough especially Haytham and Rana for all their efforts and hard work in ensuring I got my Emergency passport the same day! Amazing service, and kind staff, who were constantly informing me of what was going on. And even checked if I got back to the UK ok.
Disappointing that I call during the stated opening hours and get an automated message that they are closed, 'press 1 to hear the opening hours' and message just confirms that they *should* be open.
I hope they are helping me today️️
