Makkah Municipal parking is known as Kudai Parking .Its little far away from Haram mosque.Those who are coming via car can park their vehicles here and take a taxi to go to Masjid Haram and can complete their rituals and come back.From the parking you can get plenty of taxis on a payment of 10 SAR one-side .And its free parking space.

Update in Feb. 2021-CoVID Period: Parking is still free but with limited access, permits were being checked of Masjid al.Haram (that of prayers or of Umra). Secondly, if you use their bus service, it is being charged 20SAR per person for two way, 4-5 mins ride (i.e. to and from Masjid al Haram). Seperate ticket counter was there following strict CoVID precautionary measures. Nutshell, charge rate is a bit high. Marvellous free car parking facility providedby the Govt. Part of the traffic control plan around the Haram area. Arriving from anywhere, just park your car free of charge, and take SAPTCO bus service or Taxi for Haram which is only couple of kms away. Two ways bus fare is 6SAR. Only during evenings of the month of Ramadhan, you may find a bit difficult to find a parking space for your vehicle.
