i went today december 30 at 6:30 i know its 30 minutes before closing time but thats the only time i could go during my daily schedule,i arrived there and none told me that they were closing at 6:30pm instead of the closing time which is 7:00pm i head straight to the men’s clothing section and the employee there is so impolite and rude i haven’t had a 2 minute look and she already told me to leave keep in mind it was like 26 minutes before closing time and she asked me to leave i asked her to give me 5 minutes to get what i like she refused and told me to leave with the worst attitude ever such a horrible experience i could’ve even get what i had in my hand which was a pair of pants i’m so disappointed id like that issue to be fixed for my next visit (moral of the story the employees are horrible)

Not a good experience. This woman on the ground floor like a security guard or something, asking me for receipts on my purchases upstairs but the cashiers upstairs did not give me one. This woman is just picking on who she wants to check and who she doesnt want.Maybe because Im asian and i don't look like i can pay. Im working in a healtcare facility, i know how to treat customers very well. That woman needs training for customer service.i should have not vlogged and invited my friends over your store. Sorry i have to delete my vlog and improve your customer service.
