The worst experience ever, I visit them to cancel my policy at 2 PM and they refused to serve me due to they about to finish their duty while their official working hour finishes at 4 pm!! Another day I visit them at 12 pm and they refused to serve me because prayer time and ask me to wait outside for 50 min
