Hi, I’m a frequent customer there but unfortunately I didn’t know that their customer service is that bad! It was my first time when I decided to book a ticket through the cashier, I told him I need tickets for Sunday 14th evening, He booked for me on Saturday, while I’ve been already having a movie on Saturday in their theaters! I went on Sunday to watch the movie they told your ticket is already expired! Though I realized that the cashier has booked for me wrong dates, I informed their customer services support, and the biggest shock was that they didn’t even read what I wrote, they just sent the policy of the ticket without even apologizing for this mistake! Noting that it was not one ticket, it was 3 tickets! I think I will never ever book in these theaters, because respecting and supporting frequent customers who watch on daily basis in your theaters are a must!

I love the location and I love how it is close to my home. I visited the movies maybe 6 times already and whenever I go it is always clean and smells good. It might be a bit cold for me so grab a jacket just in case if you are coming here specially in the smaller theaters. Parking is available. Also the staff are nice, helpful and easy to deal with..always a great experience ️️️
