Our bill is paid for ! We've been in this house for 4 years.. they mixed us up with our neighbors and cut off our water day of Eid !! And it's been 4 days without any solution. The last person we spoke to was extremely uneducated unaware lazy and disrespectful. He had no intention of actually doing his job and I highly advise that he gets penalized. We requested a supervisor he refused to give us one and he also said if we waited to free one up we would be wasting his time! I am ready to go more public and viral with names if my situation is not resolved and this particular agent isnt penalized for tarnishing the companies reputation and for being so incompetent and useless and rude. 4 days no water for no reason , with children in the house having already paid all our bills on time during EID ... how unjust !!!!

When you run out of municipal water, this is where you head to in order to replenish your water supply. And since demand exceeds supply, one can only imagine the situation here, with long lineups and so on. The roads surrounding the facility are always failing and they just can't seem to get it right whether by design or by just plain incompetence.
Y the drinking water is sold in jeddah. In Madina or in Dammam or Khobar there r Drinking Water Stations free for public
