Nothing worse that this experience ever however I wish I could give this zero. I don't recommend and I am not going to deal with them again. The people working there are unprofessional to handle the visas and have no respect at all to other whatsoever. I have been waiting for almost one year to get approval unfortunately all my persuit did pan out. Every time I visit this place I wait more than one hour with no response from the staff. I hope someone takes this complaint seriously in order to fix the issue.

Very complicated procedure! I'd rather get people from India, Bangladesh or Pakistan just because its so easy to get everything done very quickly from these countries. Worst 2 countries are Nepal and Philippines.

No cooperation, no respect, no proper place to sit, instead of helping to approve visa, they create more and more problems even though all documents are in order. We had several visa to issue and bring Nepalese to work but now I'm planning to cancel it. They should think it was good for their country economy as well.
