I traveled on Saudi Airlines to Philippines from Egypt via Bahrain carrying a TV 32 inches checked in and well backed, unfortunately arrived crushed and broken due to their mishandling in spite of all the fragile signs I stuck on it ... at the end they refused to compensate me in spite of that was their fault and I attach with photos to prove that they positioned it at the bottom of the luggage even flat ... I got very rude reaction from them reflecting their retarded minds in running business comparing to other European airlines ... With this experience I learned not to trust such airlines irresponsible and unsatisfying to thier clients...

The flight was overbooked and the SAUDIA agent in Jeddah airport let me to take another SAUDIA flight departing 6 hours later without my agreement. I have an appointment to meet someone in the airport on arrival but couldn't since they changed my flight. Here comes why I give one star, 1. The SAUDIA agents at the airport are not professional and trained. They took passengers' time so much to wait, while not dealing with the job one-by-one. 2. Even the head of SAUDIA agents did not exactly know what rules and policies the SAUDIA has for this overbook, while communicating with me. 3. The head told me that SAUDIA will offer the reward for this mistake regarding overbook later but they don't. I contacted the customer service by email but they do nothing for wasting my time and appointment. What they provided : Alfusan member lounge near ticketing office in order to wait until opening the gate. Conclusion: When you took SAUDIA flight, it is better to check-in online and take your seat first since SAUDIA will do nothing for you when it is overbooked.
