I had an Amazing experience with this clinic and it's staff. I went in for LASIK eye surgery. From start to finish these guys were very professional. The staff were very helpful and polite. My doctor (Dr.Musa) was amazing. He guided me through the whole process and also performed the surgery on me. I would be happy to recommend this clinic to everyone.

If I could give less than one star. Appointment booking system is a nightmare. There's no support for non-Arabic speakers. You need to learn Arabic to call them on the phone and explain if you have any problem. Non-Arabic speakers good luck! No follow up to the appointments at all. People on the reception are haters. Would not recommend to anybody.

Firstly you need to learn arabic, second getting an appointment is nightmare, once you get an appointment, then they will call you again before 1 day of an appointment and in case you missed the call they will cancel your appointment and if you answer they will confirm it. And when you reach there before 15 mins of your appointment you have to wait again for about 1 to 2 hrs to see the doctors, such a bad service. Hope Doctors are good otherwise this clinic is total disaster. Response to your reply: first of all i didnt request them to cancel my appointment its there mistake if they cancel, so you have to take me as walk in, second this is not the way to cancel somebody apppointment if he didnt answered due to some reason, and if anybody want to cancel let them call n cancel not from your side, or you can also fix your daily walk in quota,

It is appalling how they do not respect time. To give a small example, my appointment was at 1 pm, I did not meet the doctor until 2:15 and the nurses are super rude.
