Very interesting place, gives you the opportunity to be in touch with animals. You can hold kittens and puppies, rabbits, even snakes , under supervision of staff who answer questions openly and politely and support customers gently . Even the place is a bit small and diversity of animals is not that much , but what is different from other pet stores that it is classy and clean , customer service is very good and the direct contact with animals .

The best Petshop in Jeddah. So much variety of food and friendly staff. Also, they have a veterinary medicine, which I never took my dogs but heard excellent references from friends. The grooming services are way overpriced and very hard to book.
A very clean and inviting place to visit. I took my children so they could see some pets they wouldn't really get to see. Very surprised by how inviting the staff were, and knew a lot about the pets they had. We got to to sit in a booth a play with a puppy, which the children loved. They had puppies, kittens, birds, and parrot. Also they some fish but only a few due to waiting on shipments of more pets. My daughter held a snake, lizards, and a baby chameleons. Very clean environment with a cafe inside. They sold every sort of pet food, gadgets, beds for pets. A glass window to watch how they wash pets. There was a hospital upstairs. They also had toilets on the shop floor aswell. Over all a fabulous experience.
The employees here were very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of animals and fish, along with supplies. A nice coffeeshop is attached also. I purchased a few fish here and had a great experience. I will return again!
The store is clean, well organised and has some staff that are very friendly and helpful, mainly the men staff there with the exception of a female receptionist/cashier who is quite uptight. It would be nice if she drops her condescending voice tone and speak more humbly, preferably also get a sense of humour because she is beyond dry and unwelcoming. For products, they have things that I haven't seen in other stores and some items are considered cheap but some others including wet food that I know is sold everywhere for 5 SR is being sold at 7 SR for a can. They are overpriced for the name. The selections are very limited, and all around it is below average but over hyped and priced for the name which frankly.... Pet Oasis carries more of a name than they do and have better variety. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go here because there's a few good things,but I personally am not likely to come back again.
Would I recommend this place ? Short answer NO not even to my worst enemy. I took two of my cat’s there today to be groomed at the store, half an hour later the called and said: that one of the cat’s is being aggressive and therefore they won’t groom him. I asked them to try again and give me a call back which they didn’t so I assume they have manged! Two and half hours later I stopped by the shop( they haven’t called) to be surprised that they didn’t groom my cat and the worker there doesn’t have a clue on where he is !!! She kept on running back and forth until she finally found him on the back room crying in his cage! They have neglected and miss treated my cat in inhuman way !!! My cat now is very Traumatize and won’t even eat anything!! (He was all alone in his cage and in the dark not knowing his surroundings for whole two hours and half) There only reason was: we were going to give you a call when the second cat is done. It wasn’t their Decision to make, if they had called me again about my cat I would have for sure came by and took him home . Don’t let them miss treat your animal like they have done to mine. Update review: I was contacted by customer service (Samira) more than once, she was so concerned regarding the mental health of my pet which I truly appreciate. She was so sweet and apologized a lot regarding what happened. I still refused to go back even though they had an appointment scheduled for my pet, and promised that they would take extra care of him this time. I still don’t want him to remember what happened to him. Best of luck
They left the dogs with a water bottle for rabbits instead of a bowl. Any professional or a person who has searched up should know dogs cant drink that way! I asked a worker to let the dogs drink from a bowl but she said they always learned and more. Poor dogs were chewing the bottle for water, I hope the poor puppy won't die of thirst!
Best place to visit to touch pets, it's very tidy and clean. Love this place ️
