Amazing airport, top security, and clean. Comfortable for waiting and well organized. Alhamdulillah, I've been there
have separated waiting place for hajj and umrah visitors
"Haji Camp" excellently maintained for all the Haji's to facilitate and moving them to Makkah (Mecca)
So hot in the outside although the tents keep you away from the sun. If you travelling with people with wheelchair, its easy though. Wheelchair entrance Wheelchair service from the aiŕlines (they will asked you 10SR tips) Dirty mushola Slow service in the check in counter Toilet is OK, but woman's toilet a bit far from the men's. Airconditioned inside the building tho. Don't wear metal accessories/ belts/ watches/ rings/ etc and put them in your bag (including your cellphones), unless you wan't to get whole body checked. Its OK to bring/put water in your bag. There's also small shops in the waiting room.
An airport with large capacity which accommodates Hajj and Umrah flights.
The persons who are visiting Umrah especially been taken to Hajj terminal in Jeddah they are not taken through the regular terminals secondly there are very less facilities in Hajj terminal as compared to the actual terminals ,outsiders are not allowed to come and visit hajj terminals persons who r going for Umrah, fourth there are no good restaurants in the hajj terminals you have to get exit from this place and then only you can have something else in the City this Hajj terminal is good only during the hajj time. The facilities are not good over here
