Mostly video games are available. There is a place for conducting parties. Toilet and prayer places are available and clean. But there was high music which is contrary to Islamic beliefs. They can play nasheeds which are music free and contain character building and personal and social improvement themes.
I would say that the place is below average. In term of games, the variety of games are limited not all are available in compare to Jeddah or Riyadh. In term of cleanliness, it was clean but the building is old so it looks bad. I’m not sure what the operating company is doing. It’s unfair for the children of Makkah to have this horrible place. The is an electric escalator which was out of service for a very very long time. It is an offensive to carry Chuck E Cheese universal name. I would say that the staff was friendly, cooperative and welcoming and for them I gave the only the star. My heart is with them for their patience to work in this environment. I would advice the operating company to learn from their siblings, the operating companies of Chuck E. Cheese in Riyadh & Sharqiyah and visit their branches to see the huge difference in quality & prices.
Horrible service.. I accidentally dribbled some salad dressing on the buffet bar as I was pouring dressing from a spoon into a cup. The woman (a supervisor at that..) who was working the salad bar followed me to my table to inform me by yelling at me “enty bad” because I only speak English. I informed her that this is her job and dribbles at buffets are normal and this is a child’s place.. if a child spilled juice on the floor is she going to make a scene like this with that child? I was honestly appalled. I walked back to get some ranch in a small cup and literally made an effort not to spill anything and she continued to make problems with me by pointing at me and saying “look, look” like I did something wrong.. it was embarrassing and literally due to that black woman making a scene with me and following me to my table to yell at me. Absolutely will never attend again. Also no jungle gym or ball pit like the old days. They also don’t do the black light stamps upon entry like america.
Very good for childrens playing and economical 4 riyal each
great place to be with kids. awesome sitting area. the best pizza. very nice cleanings and kids are very happy. some games are for kids some adults can play also. Salad is very very fresh. i feel happy.
Characters do not play and dance. Electric stairs are broken
