First of all let me get this out of the way then get to the review: it is a little amusing and ironic that this luxury goods store is located so close to the holiest site in Islam. Those who know about the Quran and Hadith passages regarding wealth, extravagance, etc will get what I am saying. But for me to say all this is also amusing and ironic since I did visit and purchase from here early today. Enough of that, now on to the review: the door is locked and only unlocked when they see that you want to enter. Once inside, the door will again be locked, and they will not allow more people to enter until a few leave. I saw them do this even with Saudi women. They will also not let anyone enter with food or drinks, and again I saw them do this even with Saudi women. The staff are helpful and courteous, and prices are clearly marked so there is no need to keep asking. Many models are available in different diameters, so be sure to ask if you like something but the diameter is not right for you. The South Asian guy who attended me (many Hindi and Urdu speakers visit) required some prompting to do basic things like set the time and date on the watch I purchased. By the way, you will be charged in full before a single link is removed to fit the watch, and there are no refunds except in case of a manufacturer defect. Also all tags are removed, so keep this in mind if you plan on gifting one. Lastly, Mada ATM debit cards have a SAR 20,000 transaction limit, but the staff will accept the remainder in cash. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience, but the prompting I mentioned above keeps me from giving a full five stars.

الأفضل سعراً بالمقارنة مع فروع المملكة لكن تغاضوا عن كل شيء اذا انتم مصممين تشترون للاسف لن تحصلوا على تجربة فريدة كعادة فروع ROLEX لان تعامل الموظفين جداً سيّء اللي جاي ROLEX المفروض يعامل معامله خاصة بس اللي شفنا من ايّام وأوقات عمل مختلفه ان تعاملهم سيّء جداً ومكان المحل جداً سيّء لو هو داخل احسن كل ما اروح له انزعج من كل شيء
