Variety of frames and affordable price on lenses

The staff were friendly but a bit slow. They are helpful and take time to explain every step in detail. Reasonable prices and they accept qitaf points.

This is a big optical shop near Habib Sulaiman hospital on the king fahad road. It is a big shop but very empty. Customer is mix of good and very bad. I asked for eye test and one staff politely lead the way. There was another patient so I waited outside. When it was my turn another staff told me rudely 'why u waiting here. Go inside.' The optometry doctor (African) was not professional. He used the computer to check my eyes very quickly. And then some quick dodgy eye examination. Took less than 5 minutes and took no questions. Base on this experience surely no one will buy any glass here..but the staff asked 50sr from me for the eye test! Which he never say in the beginning. Or written anywhere in the shop. All the staffs also cannot speak english much. And he used his breath to clean my glass. My advice is dont buy glasses from here. Go better places. They have no standards.

The optometrist isn't good. Is he really an optometrist? The filipino guy before is better. He checks properly whether the prescription for the patient needs adjustment or not. He does not only rely on what the machine produces. He asks questions about how the patient's vision is. The Nigerian optometrist never even care. He asks why you are in the room, of course, what for if no to have a prescription. He only relies on what the machine produces or just use the same prescription of the current eyeglasses you are using. He will just say it's the same. No more, no less. Just want to immediately finish business...not a good optometrist...or is he? It's good I only needed the frame so I dont mind having a bad lens as I will visit my go to optical for the it. Just needed the frame and it's covered by insurance, so why not...

Both the back guy and the Egyptian at the reception are very very polite. That is how people in customer service should be.
