I suggest no one to go for this insurance with my own experience, whatever EMERGENCY they dont bother, we pay so much money for us and our families annually, at the time of emergency we struggle for approval also Most of Approval will be Rejected. due to al sagr worst cooperation with approval even Good hospitals closed their Contact. At the End we the people who pay them are loosers .WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER EXISTING. upon that if we call customer care their service until 4pm , I PRAY NO1 TO GET SICK , ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE WITH AL SAGR.

No starts if I could. This company has the shittiest customer service I have ever seen. They are incompetent in conduct any kind of business; moreover, their lack of respect towards time is atrocious.
