One of the worst companies in the business, they charge you 600 SR upfront for maintenance but when something breaks YOU have to fix with your own money. The building is disgusting and filled with all kind of bugs, homeless cats and even worse trash everywhere, they don’t respond to their phone and when they do they probably not going to help you anyway. we go through electricity & water outage every couple of days. there were a fire in the building because there were electricity pressure and they didn’t do anything about it. they let male rent in the families only building and that causes a lot of problems for us. there’s so much noise and music playing in the middle in the night and till the next day. The apartment come with Air conditionals already installed but it only has the cooling option. we can’t sleep at night because of the noisy neighbors but we can’t turn on the air conditioner since its cold.

They have all kinds of apartments, villas for rent with amazing options such as 3 months payment (installments). All of their real estate is renovated and includes air conditioners installed with full service of any electrical or mechanical issues. They also have a guarantee of tanker arriving in 2 hours of emergency calls of water shortage!

اسوا مكتب ممكن تتعامل معه انا كنت مستاجر عندهم و منشان ياكلوا عليي التامين غرموني ب الاشياء التالية صوت المكيف ما عجبه للموظف غرمني ب ٣٠٠ ريال البناية فيها نش رطوبة غرمني ب ١٦٠ ريال بويا لمبة محروقة غرمني ب ٣٠ ريال ........ كل مكاتب الايجار بتتعامل بالميلادي الا هم بيتعاملوا بالهجري ....... حسبي الله عليهم و لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ...... و اسعارهم كمان غالية شقة مفروشة فيها مكيفين و سريرين و دولاب ب ١٤٠٠ ريال ......... حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل فيهم

اسوا شركه نصابين استاجرت منهم شقه بعد ماطلعت غرموني قيمه العطلان من اناره حتى مروحة الشفط مع ان المفروض اي عطال يتحملها المكتب او يقول للمستاجر اصلحه جيب فاتوره حنا نخصمها من الايجار الا هم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
