very bad service. they’re clearly working without any licenses and i doubt the “doctor” has any certificates whatsoever. if you have an ounce of care for your pet, do NOT bring them here. dogs are kept in very tight spaces compared to their sizes and the place is very filthy. most of their animals suffer from viruses such as parvo. this place needs to be shut down immediately

Very bad customer service ,careless workers and unprofessional “doctor”. Most of there pets are unhealthy and sick. From my personal experience, I bought a dog a week ago, two days after I had him he started feeling abnormal, I took him to cute cat where I bought him and they unprofessionally treated him where he died after 4 days of his sickness. I don’t recommend buying any pets from this place.
The doctor is decent and they give a discount for rescue cases
I am so disappointed with the service in cute cat oposite to malaz zoo.We went to groom our puppy in the cute cat opposite to malaz zoo. The staff were ignoring our questions and very hesitant to answer our questions eventhough the shop was not busy.The staff who clean our puppy was good and his name was Imran. We actually went there to buy all grooming items but we changed our decision and did not buy anything.i will never recommend anyone to go there.
Don’t ever take your pet there it’s a disastrous place they will treat your pet worse than furniture I had to take my pet to a vet to get a treatment for it’s cuts and injuries
Saved a little puppy who was 6 weeks old away from his mother in a cage. Took him to a good vet the next day to find out he had anemia and had worms. All other animals are drugged, please save these animals if you can!!!!
Very bad place! My friend got a cat from this place and after she got it with one day they took the cat to the vet and turns out he had a virus, he died while he was at the vet
