To be fair, the sales people were very helpful and polite. I have chose a formal shoes with price of 800 SAR but had too many defects (not display item) so the sales guy have asked the branch manager to check what he could do for me and if he can give me a discount due to these defects. The branch manager wasn't friendly at all and was insisting that these defects are normal (the rubber had 6 holes and the sewing wasn't with good finishing). He supposed that I will accept that these are not defects and this is normal in any shoes you would buy. This is right if I'm going to buy a shoes with 100-150 not 800 SAR. When I told him that this is not OK his message was either to take it or leave it so I left the showroom without buying the shoes even my friend was about to take another one but when this happened we just left the store. Wouldn't visit this branch and wouldn't even buy from Ecco in my whole life.

من افضل الماركات الطبية فعلا و خامات ممتازة للرياضي او الرسمي نسائي و رجالي وفيه اطفال من سنوات نتعامل معه ومحافظ على جودته افضله وقت التخفيضات
بصراحه كوالتي جميل وصار عندهم جزم كاجول الي كانت فعلا ناقصتهم وأحب اشكر الموظفات قمة بالأخلاق وتعامل راقي والاهم من كل هذا انهم ماينشبون بحلقك ويسوقون لك غصب يجاوبون على قد السؤال وهذا شي مريح وجميل ويخليك ترغب انك تشتري حتى ان فيه وحده لابسة نظاره موظفة بالمحل بصراحه افادتني بمعلومات جدا جميلة والبنت اصلا بشوشه ماشاء الله وبالتوفيق لكل القائمين على المحل هذا
صراحة بضاعتهم من ١٠ سنوات ماتغيرت... واسعارهم غالية جدا وموديلاتهم والوانهم قديمة ومحدودة جدا ... ويسسون تخفيض والاسعار تستمر مبالغ فيها
