We attended Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh for a dinner buffet for 30 guests. Food: 2/5 Staring with the main course, the food was cold and stale. For beverages, we had orange and apple juice; both tasted mild. The snacks, examples samosa, spring rolls etc., were damp and not crispy. For salads, I was pleasantly surprised with the varieties, and as for the taste, they all tasted great. The final course, dessert, was delightful; specially, the tiramisu and red velvet cake. Ambience: 2/5 The look of the place and the decor was mediocre. The lighting made the hall look dimmer. The washrooms were not clean and smelt terrible. The couches, chairs, tables were dusty. It was inconvenient and uncomfortable for the guests to adjust to the place. Services: 1/5 Despite the late-night attendance, they tried accommodating according to our preferences. The food arrangement was unorganized. The waiters did not check up with the guests. We barely saw any of the staff members. The placemats were not placed according to the number of guests. Overall, it was an unexpected experience from Four Points. In the past, I have attended and hosted other events held at this place. I always enjoyed my experiences in here. But so far, the last attendance was definitely the worst experience in terms of food and services.

Very clean hotel, comfortable room and bed, and adequate fitness facilities. Location is great as it is in the centre of marketplace, so easy to find foods and stuffs around the hotel...but again, the hotel buffet itself taste really good and it has Starbucks in their very own lobby. Amazing hospitality from the staff especially Tahani from Front Desk, she is the golden star of the hotel. She made sure we are well taken care of during our stay.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Some room upgraded already. Free valet parking. No SPA no pool due to COVID-19. Little market inside the tower

Best and reasonable price to stay , very clean with big room and helpful/ cooperative staff , the food is very nice especially breakfast. They upgraded my room to suite because the AC is not working , they have good Parking. The problem is the location which is in very bad area but if you have car it’s easy to go elsewhere in Riyadh. I recommended

hotel it's old but clean and not noisy comfort the problem for this hotel is the lighting note good it's dark and for the service and cleaning first 2 days was note putting full equipment for shower and soup till Guy call nasseb hi's arranger all hi's a good guy professional

Hotel is a very old one but it’s very very very clean! I enjoyed the breakfast there! Welcoming staff and rooms are very spacious!
