After two months of procrastination, the maintenance team came and took the air conditioner. again, we went into a procrastination cycle, and after many calls they brought it after a week! all this delaying just to install the compressor ( compressor under warranty ). bad service don't deserves even 1 star - but unfortunately we can't post this review unless we put a star at least

I went to order for the spare part of my washing machine.. The guy in the office was not properly listening to the issue and always in hurry.. But found what I wanted

This is the worst service center that i have dealt with in my whole life. Whenever i choose English language on their tolled number, arabic speaking agents pickup the calls and will put your call on hold and then after few minutes they will usually disconnect your call. You will spend too much money on calls just to speak to English speaking agents. Agents and branch managers seems to only care about extorting money. I have told them multiple times to not fix the window AC and return it back as they are quoting 800SAR for fixing issue. Still waiting for the AC to get it returned even after 8 days of chasing them. If i had the option i will give them negative 10 stars. Thinks dozens of time before buying any appliance brand for which they are the service center.
